All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or color selected by the customer, or other preference-based reasons, except where required by applicable law.
1. Personalized & Engraved Products
Custom-engraved stainless-steel nameplates, personalized collars, and other made-to-order products are final sale. Please carefully check all engraving details, including names, telephone numbers, spelling, and formatting, before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for errors in personalization information supplied by the customer. If we make an engraving error that differs from the information submitted with your order, please contact us so we can review and correct the issue as appropriate.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and packaging where possible.
We will review the situation and determine an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, correction, or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law. Please do not send an item back without first contacting us for instructions.
3. Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable for final-sale purchases, except where required by law or where a refund is part of an approved remedy for our error or a defective item. If a return shipment is necessary to resolve a confirmed issue, we will explain the shipping arrangements before you send anything.
4. Cancellations & Order Changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation once an order has been processed, personalized, or shipped. Any approved adjustment is at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
